Ugotit believes people will not be satisfied with expressing themselves or promoting a brand using only static and non-interactive content, such as text, images, and videos. After being tired of these boring contents, the future will be an interaction era. The next medium to replace the past will be interactive "social content" and "mini-games," therefore Ugotit launched "POG," a casual game editor for marketing purposes. As a product designer and co-founder, I was responsible for participating in the entire product development process based on user testing results, including UIUX design and user research. This will allow users to create higher interactive social content through POG easily.

This project is based on the user needs discovered during the Ugotit and quickly launches a minimum viable product. The project hopes to achieve the following three points:
As the design director, I have participated in the Dream Market Accelerator and MEET TAIPEI startup exhibition during the project period. My responsibilities include:
1. Concept development → 2.Value proposition → 3. MVP validation → 4. Feedback Insight → 5. MVP
RevisionThe project follows the MVP concept as a guideline to reduce the early user research period. It starts with assuming the user needs and outlines, then verifies the assumptions through MVP and makes revisions based on user feedback.
The first version of MVP, we initially used Google Forms to collect user-generated content and manually created a mini-game.
In the second version of the MVP, we set up a landing page to collect user data, further verifying the assumptions made in the design process.
We based on the feedback obtained from the first version, and initially automated the entire user flow.
The third version MVP further optimized the user experience based on feedback from previous iterations. We noticed the need for improved discoverability and understandability based on user feedback, and our third MVP focuses on optimizing the user experience in these areas.
In the interface, make it clear to the user what the current progress is or how they should interact with the current interface, as follows:
