Hi~I am Chenghan✌️— a Product Designer, specializing in user experience design, and design thinking, currently diving into the exciting world of Web3 ✨.
For the past 6 years, I’ve been building cypto products, AI, marketing automation tools, chatbot services, web & mobile games, and providing gamification solutions.
Joined TONX from its inception as the lead designer across multiple Web3 products. I focused on tackling shared UX challenges in the ecosystem: unfamiliar concepts, trust barriers, and flow complexity.Through user research, journey mapping, and data insights, I designed solutions for products like KTON (formerly Tonstake), TONX API, Tonkey, and Tonlend, improving onboarding success and user confidence across developers and retail users alike.
I was responsible for designing the Journey Map, a cutting-edge marketing automation tool, for Appier, a SaaS company that leverages AI to power business decision-making. The Journey Map empowers marketers to deliver seamless, tailored interactions and offers across all touchpoints and channels, enhancing the overall user experience.
As a UIUX designer at Botbonnie, a no-code instant messaging solution, I have been instrumental in delivering a unified and consistent user experience across all channels. In addition, I have successfully established and maintained a comprehensive design system for the company, ensuring a streamlined and cohesive design approach for all of their interactive conversations.
As a designer at a design agency, I successfully built an e-commerce platform from the ground up for TUN, a boutique brand distributor in Taiwan. My primary objective was to provide seamless integration of online and offline shopping experiences for the end user. I have designed a user-friendly shopping cart experience and implemented a comprehensive membership and reward points system.
As a co-founder of Ugotit Design, a gamification design company, we launched Piece of Game, an innovative platform that enables anyone to create their own game in just five minutes without writing any code. Our platform received an outstanding response, with over fifty thousand unique visitors on our landing page and over two hundred games created by users in just three days following a single post on PTT (Taiwan's version of Reddit).
